I keep losing wallpapers....

Why do when I upload I keep getting the message the wallpaper field must be filled. After I pick a wallpaper to upload.

I'm looking into that. New server's configs are still probably needing a bit of tweaking.

You know how on the main page of wallbase.cc has that nice "Adblock?" Message?..could we see that return please? It'll also remind me to disable my adblock when the full site is up. It's the least I can do.

I think we'll start seeing at least a few more users on here. Wallhaven is getting good attention on Imgur :D

Finally fixed the upload problem with large files. I totally forgot to update a few config settings. We should be good to go from here!

Yo, bug/security report here. I noticed that the site allows you to upload a combined image+archive file without any problems. If you didn't know, a combined image+archive file is achieved by running the command "copy /b image.jpg + archive.rar" in a CMD prompt in Windows, which will result in an image that can also be opened using a tool like WinRAR, WinZip or 7zip.

The site doesn't check the whole file content when uploading, meaning you could pretty much upload whatever you want orchestrating as a normal image.

The easiest solution would probably be to read the image using an image library and then save it again, so you strip of the parts of the file unrelated to the image itself.

Gavv, I have this in a 'working' state now in our development site. It's a bit rough, but in a pinch, it will work. Expect it in the next update.

boonimajneB, feel free to err on the side of caution. I think of the sketchy purity as something that won't get me fired from my job for having it as a wallpaper, but might get someone to call HR on me.

Redline, say goodbye to everything once the alpha is done. By the time we leave alpha for beta, the database will be a total mess (already is really). By that time however, we do expect to have walls from wallbase moved over and indexed. So we won't be lacking content!
