slow64 You can use the url of any other wallpaper and replace the ID to get that one.

There are a TON of users that are dumping a load of wallpapers at once, normally if they have the decency to tag them with generic tags like "cars" and whatnot they can be filtered for those no interested, but it seems these users don't bother tagging their uploads or they use very specific tags like the models of the car which is impossible to filter...

something should be done, maybe if there is an option to filter by user or something?

@firstzer0 The files are exactly as they were uploaded. If you upload a JPG it keeps it's compression, if you upload PNG it remains lossless.

Is it possible to mass download wallpapers? Maybe based off of their tags?

as @sstryer pointed out, it would be nice with a function that helps us mass download wallpapers. For instance all wallpapers that i have favorited.

Hi Guys It's been a while since I visited Wallhaven and it seems the devs are doing a great job :) Just wondering, Are you guys going to give us a head-up warning before deleting everything and moving on to beta? We need some time to backup out favs.

nolimjoe: we've been discussing user blacklists, which would work like blacklisted tags. We're also going to force minimum tags per upload, probably two.

@nestletae: that's not for us to say since, as you can see, we don't claim the rights to any uploads. You would probably be fine using any wall in a vid - if someone comes claiming it's theirs, they'll have to prove it, and if it is and you don't know the source, no one can blame you for making the mistake. If you want to be totally sure, reverse image search and look for the oldest source.

SstrykerR, Hodge: if we ever did allow mass downloading, it would be limited in some way to keep things running smoothly, since even just now we need a better server (and optimisation, of course).

AgEnTx19: we'll definitely give warning when beta is on the horizon.

If you do force multiple tags per image upload please make sure that the user can't click general, general, as the two tags. I'm really getting tired of the porn, and models, and musicians because people are too lazy to click a tag

alec There's only so much we can do from a technical side. People will always be lazy and other people will always have to clean up the mess. But enforcing some tags will still be better then no tags at all.

alec: as things get settled, lazy users will be warned with consequences. General etc. are categories, not tags, but rest assured the upload system will be improved.

Can you please make a new section called 'cars'? The car posts are annoying the hell outa me :s. Love the website though! Browse it multiple times a day and 90% of my wallpapers come from here! Great site!

Well nevermind, adding a new collection to favourites solved this.
