ust earlier, i finished Tokyo Ghoul. I really enjoyed it and would also enjoy to watch more like it, but also to delve into something new. I have started Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, but when I'm finished, I'm fucked. Basically, is there a relatively agreed on best anime to watch when you've just started? Like a common one like AoT (yet to watch) or one piece (also haven't seen).

I'd say Evangelion is a classic and a good general entry point. Depends on what media or genres you're into.

In my opinion, evangelion is a bit complicated anime for a postman, I would recommend what I started watching myself, cowboy bebop

After watching it, I completely rewatched Naruto and started watching One Piece, Attack of the Titans, but not everyone is ready to watch a 700+ episode series
