Brokenvegetable: a lot of users seem to do a few shots before tagging things. There's not much we can do about it for now, but the chronic bad taggers will eventually lose the privilege.

What is the error with #trucks? I just added it to a wall without a hitch. As for the delay, not everything is instant. Tagging takes a bit of work behind the scenes.

@gunz4: I don't think I understand the problem. If you haven't changed your resolution and ratio preferences, and your search settings are unfiltered, you shouldn't have any trouble finding something as long as it exists. What were you looking for?

This site seems to host more and more people every day ! More and more wallpapers are "favorite" that's great !

Hi! You've been doing such a wonderful job with this page, but, once you log in, there is a problem with the search box, the color of the font appears to be gray, which cause a conflict with the white background.

Once again, keep working on this page, it looks amazing and responds also amazing :D

The error with tagging trucks is only sometimes it will have the error message that pops up when a tag has been stopped from being created I dont remember the exact words... But it now only sometimes happens as I have used the trucks tag since I posted that comment today. But it still happen every now and then.

This nothing but a small detail: On the front page there are some pictures that are supposed to be random I believe. Thing is they're always the same.

ivar: They are supposed to be the same. The wallpapers on the front page are featured by staff members.

With the currently "favorite", do you plan to create a section for the "most popular wallpapers this day/week/month" ? A section where you can find the top favorite wallpapers. It's could be good to put more challenge for uploaders, to search and upload the best wallpapers, for having more subscribers ! What do you think about it ? :)

Anyone else notice that when you hover over the Alpha banner in the bottom right that the (aside from it dimming and coming back) the font itself changes slightly and then changes back? Not sure if that was intentional or not, but I find it interesting =D

Will there be a comment system for the pictures later on?

I noticed that on the wallpapers I uploaded, they don't have a color swatch in the upper left corner when you view their individual pages, yet both old and new wallpapers before and after them do. Any ideas?

Hey peeps - love the new site. I just wanted to offer some feedback.

I think it would be helpful to have all the wallpapers automatically open in a new tab, although I understand that might frustrate some. I think it's helpful to have them open in tabs esp when browsing down a while.

Another thought is having the site remember if you closed the left sidebar when viewing a wallpaper, so you don't have to close it every time you view a new one.

I also noticed the colored buttons on the top - very helpful, but I think the words (latest, random, upload, etc.) should be a bit bigger, otherwise the cursor blocks the words a lot.

When I'm in settings and click on "profile" it stays on the user description edit page rather than going to the profile.

I simply love the ability to set the site options like scrolling preference and the view filters to your profile rather than having to set it every time you visit.

On the profile privacy page, I can't tell which one is enabled based on the word and highlight state - its default is set to "show" and it's bubbled outward and highlighted, and if I click it, it switches to "hide" and it darkens. I'm not sure which ends up being enabled - what I'm reading on the screen, or what I'm not. :- /

That's all I can see for now in terms of feedback. Thanks again - you guys rock. I love everything else so far!

(i just realized you can choose to have it open in a new window, and i have my browser set to open new windows in a new tab so that worked out! lol sorry about that.)

The image still got uploaded without problems and it is in my upload foulder.

Even thought I have "NSFW" and "Sketchy" ticked off, I am getting akward amount of porn in my wallpaper list. Yes, I did re-try to refresh the page and open the random or latest tab again.

Wyrelade are you sure you refreshed the search after unclicking NSFW & sketchy ? if you did then you have an issue on your end most probably cause I do not experience this behavior

whismerhill I closed my Mozilla completely and came back to wallhaven. My NSFW and Sketchy was ticked off and when I clicked random or latest, it's still full of porn. Lol.

Just out of curiosity... Why delete everything after alpha/beta? Why not keep everything but make hot and final bug fixes and update this brand new fresh community slowly but for sure.

I am pretty sure you are going to upload backed up wallbase + the metadata here?

In my opinion, Making a fresh start with all of the members is much more fun and enjoyable than making a copy of wallbase.

Develope something NEW and FRESH.
