My friend, this is not the Bixby Creek Bridge. Sorry. This is actually Big Creek Bridge just south of Cow Cliffs Viaduct Bridge. This is still in the Big Sur area, about 20 minutes or so south of the Bixby Creek Bridge. Can't drive there now, a big stretch of Highway 1 in that area is currently closed.

A higher resolution does not mean it is a better quality image. When you look at the second upload at its full resolution you could see that it was blurry. Also the source resolution was only 1920x1296. So it was obvious the second one was a massive upscale.
