I greatly appreciate the work that wallhaven has done. What went wrong with Wallbase is unfortunate, but Wallhaven is still a tribute and continuation of a beautiful project. As I am an art fan, I was inspired by the work done on wallhaven and created [https://www.heroscreen.cc/]() focusing on phone wallpapers.
