With all due respect I do not understand why the illegal content of the image if you look for some images of the same style and are not reported
this image removed in wallhaven http://imgur.com/a/4VOZj

Maybe in the world where you're from homosexuality is illegal. But this is the internet; and therefore I doubt this is illegal from wallhaven's point of view.
This has nothing to do with homosexuality, the question is whether or not the pics show "sexual interaction".
The relevant rule quotes:
Sexual interaction (masturbation, oral sex, sex toys, penetration, bodily fluids), closeups of genitals and child pornography (including lolicon) are all strictly not allowed. The line is drawn at kissing and petting.
I think the pictures Motta123 mentioned are all clear candidates for "petting" and thus don't need to be removed. For the sake of consistency this includes the one that got deleted, so I'm now restoring it.

Do you mean deleted wallpapers aren't deleted? Or they're still there for a while? Where do deleted walls go?

Also, why this
Why would we delete them? Not really any advantage to it. We keep them around for reference. For example · so our staff can make decisions based on the deleted uploads, for example to identify people who keep uploading the same crap · allowing our duplicate detection to prevent those wallpapers from getting uploaded again (at least in theory) · being able to restore wallpapers that were deleted by accident or because they were borderline (like this case). · probably more reasons I can't think of right now.
Which percent is the deleted wallpapers? From all amount of uploads? Do they demand a lot of space?
