i can't find the 'edit source' here [01xkl1] i can't even find 'add source' here why the source adding not working in some cases?

The first one is already set. Once a source is set, only the uploader or a staff member can change it (to prevent abuse).

The second one is a bug. Looks like a non URL source was added at some point.
