Error 413 When trying to Upload Image.

I cant Upload a Wallpaper, i get an this error message, "413 Request Entity Too Large" is this because the image is too big or just the file size, what's the upload limit?

the image is 7680x4320, and its file size is 31.8 MB.

the Image in question is a cleaned up, upscaled, and denoised freeze frame from a short film if that's relevant.

Your file size is too big. It has to be 25MB or less to upload image.

Did you accept the rule and condition before uploading?

Also, make sure you read the rule properly before uploading any image that you prefer.

I read through them but never saw a box to click accept. I even changed to desktop view.

I just created a new account on Gmail and I know why you can't upload it.

Answer: Your account must be a 1 day old before you are ready to upload.

So most likely, tomorrow, you can upload.
