Help setting up variety with wallhaven.cc

i want variety to download wallhaven pictures as wallpaper, I can do that but I want to exclude certain categories of photos, 1. No human, animal in the image, no NSFW, and No photo of building. Only nature, green, tree's, flowers, and places... How do i go about setting it up. If anyone have experience, please help..
