Wallhaven downloader v2 only downloading 24 images?

RESOLVED: Works normal again after running as "Administrator"

I have used the downloader often in the past and never had issues with it. But recently it is only downloading 24 images instead of the entire image search it performed.

For example it searched and found the 216 images.. but only downloaded 24

Is there a setting somewhere I am missing in the app or within my account?

Not me just finding out about this after being on Wallhaven for over 2 years...
