getting 502 bad gateway every page i open

hi

i seem to be getting HTTP status 502 Bad Gateway every time i open an image in a new tab, and even loading some pages in general, i know its not my connection since im having no issues with it atm but the 502's are starting to get worse.

In seriousness, we're well past due for a server upgrade. The hardware we're on now isn't cutting it. I've been trying to squeeze as much out of it as I can, but am failing.
