[Bug report] Tags not displaying on certain wallpapers

[url]http://alpha.wallhaven.cc/wallpaper/237669[/url] In the above wallpaper the tag for "Prison School" is not visible at all for me, when I try to tag it I get a message saying it has already been tagged. Tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox, there are no other sizes for it and the tags are definitely set to show.

I can confirm this as well. The tag does not show up in the tag collum, but it is findable when searching for the tag. It does show up in the history section (staff only).

It seems to be happening when the wallpaper is tagged with a certain tag, and that tag is then merged with another.
