Since we still don't seem to have a "report spam" button after all these years, I'm going to start using this thread.

I used to just directly tag a mod in the spam thread and say "Hey guys there's a spam bot over here," but then the last time I did that I got caught in the crossfire and was accidentally banned myself temporarily alongside the bot.

I feel your way will work slightly better.
