Would having Tools as a subcategory make sense? Or should all tool related tags go under Technology.

I'm not sure if Technology is supposed to imply modern electronic/computer technology or if it covers any and all technology.

I totally agree. Having a wrench described as technology is not the way to go.

Yeah, I think having Tools as a subcategory of it's own probably would make the most sense.
