Why do the anime/people filters seem so useless?

On every board (latest, hot and toplist) I have to scroll no further than to page 2 to find things that aren't filtered out (assuming risky and nsfw are turned off). I assume this is because people don't tag things properly but it takes minimal effort.

I'm not mocking moderation as I'm sure actively tagging a large backlog of images is a lot of work/potentially exhausting depending on what's going on

Yeah it seems to just be that people don't tag their walls.

I mean, where im frm jts MANDITORY to tag your walls - cummon guys ;)

I can't with all these new users fr: NOT EVERYTHING HAS TO BE A NEW THREAD!!!

Firstly, there are several threads and forums that already exist for stuff like this, just post your questions or complaints there and someone will get back to you! (If the issue hasn't already come up and been addressed) Secondly, a lot of these new threads are for utterly minor and trivial topics/issues that wouldn't be a problem if you just took a minute to think about it. Thirdly, it's usually about a very specific issue that's unique to only you, so the "thread" never gets past 3-5 posts: The initial post, one or two replies, and then maybe the OP acknowledges it and says thank you, and that's it, no one ever goes back to that thread again. It's pretty much pointless.
