(Up)scaled images tag

So, after ~3 years of browsing wallhaven, I paid my attention, that the site has a lot of upscaled or scaled images (i.e. image with fake resolution). For example, near all images here from wallpaperswide are scaled images, because, there's an option to download image in custom resolution. Maybe my proposal doesn't make sense, but here it is: what about adding something, like AI art tag before? For example, "scaled" and "upscaled" tag. And then, people, who have a lot of time will find original images (if available), and upload it (and report scaled images). And also, button to filter (up)scaled images from search

Upscaled images are not allowed if they are low quality anyway.

So, we need to delete all images with "wallpaperswide" watermark? :)

If they look bad. All wallpapers are judged individually.
