I would like to add a tag, but it won't let me, saying "This tag has been deleted and can not be created again!" . How do I contest this?

I would like to add the tag "Odviously" so users can easily find other wallpapers based on their art. It is the name the artist goes by, and doesn't provide any other name. See: https://www.deviantart.com/odviously

Would it be possible to restore the tag for "1973 (Year)"? Trying to add it returns the same "this tag has been deleted and cannot be created again" error message. Not sure who 1973 pissed off to have it deleted!
