Request to move "Games" to Tag Categories

If Anime/Manga can be its own category, it makes sense to have Games be a parent category with stuff like "series", "characters", "items", whatever as the subcategories. It doesn't feel right to me to tag all game-related tags as just Entertainment > Games

I guess it's about the volume of uploads. The amount of Anime & Manga uploaded makes it to make sense for it have its own main category. With games, I don't think there are enough to make it worth adding more variety to tags.

But I totally get what you mean. I've made some game-related tags myself, and since there isn't a "Games > Characters" tag, I just set these to "People > Fictional Characters" as most ppl do

I do like where you are headed for, but more subtags are still needed to accommodate the primary "Games" tags. You mentioned "Games > Characters," which makes perfect sense.

Conversely, I would prefer that the "Fictional Characters" be under the main tags "Cartoon" rather than "People" or "Anime & Manga" because that would lead to confusion for a newcomer in Wallhaven. For instance, a subtag under "Cartoon > Fictional Characters," but you understand that additional subtags are still needed to make up the main tag "Cartoon" to exist.

Going off of the tag count, there are over 8,000 tags being used under Games, which alone is more than Knowledge and Location combined. To be fair, I have noticed a ton of video game wallpapers that were horribly undertagged and have been making an effort to tag them as I see them, but even considering that, 8,000+ is no small number.
