HELP , Abandon Upload/ Delete Upload

I would like to delete some images that I uploaded, but I only have the Abandon Upload option, and I don't want them to remain on the site even if I stop being the author (editing, creating, uploading).

You cannot delete older uploads, only staff can.

Oh, thanks so much for replying, Lumberjacck . And you're part of the team, right? I need to keep the first 40 images I uploaded and delete the all subsequent . Some because the author asked me to, and others because I need to re-upload them without scaling and at their original resolution.
