Wallpaper removed for being upscaled

My wallpaper, https://wallhaven.cc/w/l8e38l was removed for being upscaled. So my question is, what are the rules for upscaled wallpapers? Isn't it allowed in general to upscale wallpaper? Or what exactly do I need to look at so that the wallpapers don't get removed? Rule 2 says: "Do not stretch images to a higher resolution—upload the original version where possible." But if the Resolution could be a bit higher like upscaling for example from 720p to 1080p it should be fine right?

My guess is that if I provide an upscaled picture to improve overall image quality and tag it as upscaled and include the original image source when available, I should be fine right?

Not directly this Topic but it has similarity to it. So I've denoised this wallpaper: https://wallhaven.cc/w/3lxzm3, but the denoise tag has been removed from my Picture and it appears to have been removed from the tagging list as well. I don't understand this should I tag the modifications I make to the pictures, or should they remain a mystery?

"2. Do not stretch images to a higher resolution—upload the original version where possible."

It could mean anything, but it said "upload the original version where possible," meaning the original photo or art has to be raw without editing unless the owner decides to edit a little bit, not too much.

I hope this helps you understand. The administrator will correct me if I'm wrong.

I think we should allow photos that have been upscaled with newer AI tools like with Topaz that don't change the image, but upscale it and make it look better in various cases (not all).

I think the intention of the rule was to not take an image, and make it larger, a rule put in place long before AI tools like Topaz were around.

I mean, you are allowed to upscale with newer "AI tools," but it needs to stay as original as possible, as long as you do not stretch the image too far, like making it too detailed or enhancing it way too much.

Also, when you said "Topaz," are you saying this Topaz DeNoise AI, cause there is another name or title with topaz.

I hope you understand where I'm going with this, and the administrator will correct me if I'm wrong.
