Feature request: Pause subscriptions

Format: Pause buttons next to Clear buttons to disable new notifications and wallpapers from appearing until the buttons are clicked on again.

Clarification: Similar to the Clear function. Thus the choice would be for all uploads or specific uploaders, all collections or specific collections, all tags or specific tags. More importantly for the specific ones. Can be in either state (enabled or disabled) indefinitely.

There is code for pausing already that could be used to implement this feature, possibly.

The feature request could potentially be merged with another feature that had been suggested before: purity settings in subscriptions. In that case, there could be Purity buttons instead of a Pause button, which would NOT require at least one to be selected.
