I mean, either it's low quality, or it is not, there is NO in between. Other posts have been deleted over time, with less artifacting than this, so what makes this particular image so special?

As I wrote in the report, there's clearly artifacts seen on her neck and her chest, around her cat tattoo, even her face and right arm.

On another note, I also reported another image, where the report got dismissed, due to "slight...". If there is just a hint of NSFW, according to rules, it should be NSFW. Again, there is no in between IMHO, it's either or.
