ie the standards such as: 1280x720

I have some off ratio walls such as 1300x760. Are these cool or do they need to be adjusted?

We are not enforcing any ratio constraints now, so you're free to upload.

While there are no such constraints present for uploads, having wallpapers in the most used ratios, like 16:9, 16:10, 4:5, etc will increase the chances of them showing up in search results, as these standard ratios are part of the filter criteria.

Do not resize, it lessens the quality and everyone can do it anyway. That is unless you do it in a smart way without loosing quality, the easiest example being completely black wall with something in the center that is 1990 x 1143 that you can cut to 1920x1080 not losing any details.
