That's something I thought about asking a few months ago, but then realized that I can disable nsfw/sketchy just by adjusting my Browsing Options.

This never got answered and is similarly a problem. I don't want to see Sketchy either in my subscriptions when my browsing options say to only do non-sketchy and sfw.
