The rules states:
- The minimum resolution is 1024x720 for landscape images and 720x1024 for portraits.
However, when I try to upload something like this: (1000x1500)

(I know it's low quality-ish, that's why I didn't bother upscaling it. This is just an example.) I get the error "The file must be greater than or equal to 1024 pixels wide and greater than or equal to 768 pixels tall."
Funny thing is, this one managed to sneak through 2 years ago:

What's going on here? Am I misunderstanding how resolutions and ratios work? I've never been able to upload something like my example there without scaling it up a little bit(and then I get reported for low quality, go figure).
