iceyhastur Hi, currently I'm in the process of fixing and upscaling old wallpapers so it will be a while before I go back to making new wallpapers (except for holiday/seasonal ones). As for BRS itself, since I'm going folder by folder and considering my current speed....I think in about a month I should reach the BRS folder. Unless you have some specific image you'd like me to use, preferably a transparent-background PNG or dark/black background (the brighter the background, the higher chance of some leftover artifacts after edit.....aaand it's also much harder to make from non-dark background). If you want a specific one just post the link to it.

thebardgaming sure. First off, it depends on the type of picture I edit.

1. if it's a greystyle (example: [https://wallhaven.cc/w/l3yyv2]) then I just play with contrast and brightness a bit, untill I reach a background of 5 or lower RGB (older edits might be a bit brighter tho, up to 17 RGB).
2. If it's a PNG or it's a black background with full coloring then I simply remove the color from parts I don't want (like skin, hair etc.).
3. If it's a full grayscale then I add a opacity 15 layer and just paint the parts I want to have in color, then merge layers and boost saturation a couple of times till I'm satisfied.
4. If it's a simple background BUT not black/gray then I use either magic select or some background removing app and later smoothen the edges wherever necessary.
5. If it's a normal full color full background picture then I try to cut out the character myself and then treat it as a PNG/Render

After that I add some shadows or additional colored parts and do other miniscule edits. For now I did everything in paint.net cause I'm used to it and it's add-ons but I'll prolly swap to the new free Photoshop online one day

One thing that I can add is that I finished adding all the wallpapers I edited so far and now I wait for my motivation to come back so I can work on some new edits.

Oh also, if the pic has a couple of versions (like [https://wallhaven.cc/w/3z39pv] and it's "search for similar" result) I may or may not mix them up a bit (like in the example mentioned above where I decided to show a bit of the belly but not all of it, and have stocking on only one leg. In other cases it may be making a bottomless from a mix of normal and nude etc.)

I can also mention that I tend to avoid or make wallpapers "smaller" (add more unused black canvas) in cases where the original wallpaper would have parts of the image in my "browser zone" (as visible on this example - [https://i.imgur.com/IueEwY7.png]()). Tat also being the reason why all my wallpapers are right-side ones - I edit them to fit my right-side screen.

Silriti i meant more in making the original resolution bigger. I know that stretching some images is not ideal as you can see the pixelated fuzz on some pics. It's my mistake for forgetting that you cant really make an original image bigger, only smaller lol. Nonetheless the uploads are great. Ill try to upload some more monochromes for you to edit. I prefer black wallpapers on my desktop so my eyes dont bleed at night xD.
